We trim, season, and slow roast our meats for hours, some overnight to give you most tender, succulent "Q"in the city. Remember, we do this daily, when we're out, we're out! The following meats are sold by the pound (or 1/4 or 1/2) and carved to order by our Barbecue chef, eat a little, eat a lot, or mix it up! Pickles and bread are served with every platter. If we don't sell all our Brisket in a day, we cryovac it to retain the goodness , portioned in 1#-1.5# packages and sell it for you to serve at home. You'll find our frozen meats in the display freezer by the front door.

Southern style barbecue is nothing without a tasty side dish. Each day we will feature a selection of 3-4 sides. Each side is available as a single portion at $2, a double portion for $3.75, a Pint for $6 or a Quart for $11. All our meats and sides are available for take home. (NOTE: a pint of sides can feed up to 5 people, a quart up to 10.)
The whole family is welcome and these dishes will feed some crowds, each served with pickles and our selection of special barbecue sauces. Keep a watch on our Instagram feed for more special nights, we may just tempt you with our slow roasted smoked Prime Rib.
This bad Boy Feeds up to 5 Guests no problem. OK, one pound of Brisket, 1/2 pound of smoked Turkey (Chicken on Saturdays) and 1 Pound of Pork Ribs. served with three choices of sides (pints) and pickles.
If this is too much food, order a 1/2 feast for $30. Feeds up to 3 Guests. Meat selections vary from day to day and remember our barbecue is fresh, when its gone, it's gone.
Tired of wing nights? How about Some yummy smoked brisket in our house chimichurri sauce on a freshly made taco shell. Don't worry we still have wings too ;)
We like to switch things up a bit and so on Thursdays we serve our brisket with a pastrami twist. House brined and smoked.
