We serve fresh Beef Brisket with Ribs, Pulled Pork & Sausage Links. Pulled Pork, Brisket, & fresh pulled Chicken Sandwiches on our fresh baked sour dark rye buns, Smoked Meat Poutine, Chicken Wings & Dry Ribs.
Please remember, this is real Southern style barbecue, we slow roast and smoke our meats overnight for service the next day. If demand is high, we may run out, that's OK, remember you can order on-line with a later pickup time which will guarantee your order!
We serve our special Pulled Pork Tacos every day, serve up Pastrami Brisket on Thursdays & Roast Chickens on Saturdays.
If we have leftover Brisket & Ribs we freeze and sell for 1/2 price, sometimes the freezer is full, sometimes not! We will always have soups, some pasta dishes, perhaps steaks and burgers for you to take home from the freezer.

We trim, season, and slow roast our meats for hours, some overnight to give you most tender, succulent "Q"in the city. Remember, we do this daily, when we're out, we're out! The following meats are sold by the pound (or 1/4 or 1/2) and carved to order by our Barbecue chef, eat a little, eat a lot, or mix it up! Pickles are served with every platter. AAA Anguls Brisket is Seasoned and slow roasted overnight, priced per pound.
Succulent, tender and slow roasted with smoke, tossed with our house seasonings and served by the pound, on a SANDWICH or in our TACOS.
Our sausages are made in house with ground brisket and pork shoulder, blended with our house spices.
Brined, Smoked and Crispified. Served with your choice of side dish.

Southern style barbecue is nothing without a tasty side dish. Each day we will feature a selection of 6-7 sides. Each side is available as a single portion at $3.00, a double portion for $5.50, a Pint for $7.50 or a Quart for $12.50 All our meats and sides are available for take home. (NOTE: a pint of sides can feed up to 5 people, a quart up to 10.)
The whole family is welcome and these dishes will feed some crowds, each served with pickles and our selection of special barbecue sauces. Keep a watch on our Instagram feed for more special nights, we may just tempt you with our slow roasted smoked Prime Rib.
This bad Boy Feeds up to 5 Guests no problem. OK, one pound of Brisket, 1/2 pound of Pulled Pork (Chicken on Saturdays) and 1 Pound of Pork Ribs. served with three choices of sides (pints) and pickles.
If this is too much food, order a 1/2 feast for $43. Feeds up to 3 Guests. Meat selections vary from day to day and remember our barbecue is fresh, when its gone, it's gone.
Tired of wing nights? How about Some yummy pulled pork in our house chimichurri sauce on a fresh taco shell. Don't worry we still have wings too ;) Tacos come with your choice of a side dish.

We like to switch things up a bit and so on Thursdays we serve our brisket with a pastrami twist. House brined and smoked.
Our signature Kale Caesar is topped with our favourite seasoned pulled chicken and topped with red onions.
Topped with Slaw and pickles on our house baked sourdough dark rye bun. Thursdays the Brisket sandwich is made with our Pastrami Brisket & saurkraut.
Our house smoked brisket served with our homemade gravy and cheese curds on hand punched Alberta Fries.
If we don't sell all our Brisket in a day, we cryovac it to retain the goodness , portioned in 1#-1.5# packages and sell it for you to serve at home. Leftover Ribs, we cryovac by the rack and fresh Beef Sausage as well. You'll find our frozen meats in the display freezer by the front door.

We make our own, all beef, special seasonings, uncooked in a package of 5 when available.
Love those ribs, enjoy a 1/2 rack of ours fully cooked at home.

We take lean ground Chuck, add our special seasonings & make 5 ounce patties, 5 to a package, frozen when available in our freezer.
Saturday & Sundays we open at 10:00 am and serve up a tasty brunch until 2:00 PM. Brunch starts with your choice of cinnamon buns or muffins & complimentary fresh ground coffee on the bar. Our regular barbecue menu still starts at 11:00 am.
